Most people can use either size, but one may fit more comfortably.

Instructions & Tips
For many people, their Saalt Cup is love at first sight, but for others it takes some time getting used to it. Be patient, and trust the process, it is totally worth it. Give Saalt a few cycles, and experiment with different folding techniques and positions. After two cycles, you’ll love Saalt too.

Care Instructions
Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.
During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.
