WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products*, unless they are damaged. If the product is damaged, we will offer an exchange for an identical item within 15 days of your purchase. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit. Unfortunately, exchanges, refunds and store credits are not possible after 15 days from the date of purchase.

The quality of our products is important to us, which is why we ensure that all products sold are in good condition before shipping. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. 

All items on sale are considered final sales.

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us by email at info@mercisimone.ca and provide the following details within 15 days of your purchase:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • A photo of the defective product

We will then provide instructions on how to return the damaged product in its original packaging.

Once we have received your item, we will examine it and inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable delay, whether you are entitled to an exchange. Any shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a new item to the original shipping address.
