Plus, with over 20 fun and dynamic activities, you’ll stay motivated while enjoying expert-designed exercises tailored just for you.

We recommend starting with 3 to 5 training sessions of 10 minutes each week, adjusting based on your needs and starting point. Studies show that training at least 4 times a week is crucial for success.

Initially, we suggest training while lying down in a comfortable position with your knees bent and legs slightly apart. For detailed instructions on inserting the Perifit and the ideal training position, please refer to the Perifit app.

You don't need to recharge it. The battery ensures over 5 years of use.

If the battery completely discharges before the 5-year mark, we will send you a free replacement equivalent to your Perifit model and recycle the old one.

If it completely discharges after the 5-year mark, we will offer you a replacement equivalent to your Perifit model for only $50.
