By making a purchase on www.mercisimone.ca, the user accepts and acknowledges that he/she must provide a valid email and shipping address for his/her order. Merci Simone inc. reserves the right to modify, refuse or cancel an order when we deem it necessary. If we cancel your order after the payment has been processed, we will proceed with the refund of the transaction. It is the user's responsibility to monitor the payment method.

Online orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

We try to provide an estimate of delivery times and costs as accurately as possible. However, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that once your order is processed and you receive the shipping confirmation via email, Merci Simone inc. is not responsible for any delays or issues related to the delivery of your order.

Regular shipping is FREE on all Canadian orders over $100 before tax.

For Canadian orders under $100, you can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping fees are determined by the package size, destination, and selected delivery speed.

Deliveries are carbon-neutral and handled by Canada Post or UPS.

You can track your order with the tracking number provided once your order has been processed.

If the carrier tells you that it has been delivered, but you don't have it in your hand (it may have been stolen or dropped off elsewhere), please make sure that the parcel really can't be found.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel, modify or redirect an order that is already in transit.

Some products offered may be out of stock. If your order contains a combination of available and out-of-stock items, we will refund the unavailable items and ship the rest of your order.

At this time we only ship to Canadian and US addresses.
